About the Author

This site is written and maintained by me, Jonni Good. I'm the author of several popular books about weight loss and health issues.

My daughter, Jessie, helped train her mom to build websites, and illustrated one of my popular fitness books.

Before becoming a full-time writer, I worked in the health care industry for many years, in several different supporting roles. I managed an alternative care clinic for five years, and later worked in the documentation and training department of one of the country's largest health insurance companies.

The main focus of my writing is weight loss, exercise, and common health conditions.
